Notes for Authors：

  • All manuscripts must be submitted to iceet@cacet.org via email, and be in Word file format. Please list the title of article, and 3 to 5 keywords in Chinese or English. The authors could complete the abstract of manuscripts within 500 words in English, and show their preferred way of publishing (oral presentation or poster presentation). The subject of submitted email must show clearly [ICEET-2017 Submitted Manuscript (Name of Author(s) by Way of Publishing)]. For example, ICEET-2017 Submitted Manuscript (John Smith by Poster Presentation). The deadline of submission is Friday, 10th March 2017 (Taipei Time).

  • Please the enrollees from the announcement list on Friday, 31th March 2017 (Taipei Time) submit their manuscripts in full-text toiceet@cacet.org via email and in Word file format before Friday, 14th April 2017 (Taipei Time). The minimum pages and the maximum pages of the poster presentation manuscript are 2 pages and 4 pages; the oral presentation manuscript pages are no more than 8 pages; the aforementioned manuscripts must contain the abstract in English, diagrams, references, appendix and others. English words must be Times New Roman font. The manuscripts must be composed in the style format of the 《Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association®, Fifth Edition》 and be in the order of Title in English, Abstract in English, Main-text(annotations are in footnote format), Appendix and Reference. The English abstract should not exceed 200 words, and all should be listed with 3 to 5 keywords.   • The enrollees to submit the manuscript to poster presentation will be turned into a poster and showed on the posters in the conference. The oral presenters need to provide Power Point slides before Friday, 21st April 2017 (Taipei Time), and one of the authors of the paper must attend the conference as the presenter.

  • E-Proceedings Collection will cover the accepted papers, and allow all scholars and researchers download the papers from our official website for academic purposes only, after Sunday, 30th July 2017. The copyright of all papers, which are once published in ICEET Periodicals, belong to ICEET.

  • CACET not only provides the papers in electronic format on the conference official page along with the notice after 30th, July 2017, but also submits the papers in periodical paper style to the journal published by us, 《Educational Technology and Learning》, through the website (http://www.cacet.org/etl/), by the journal standard process of submitting and reviewing, unless any author of the papers objects. The papers will be published in 《Educational Technology and Learning》 once it is accepted.

  • Each accepted and confirmed presenter with 500 words abstract, who is a member of CACET will not need to pay the presenting fee. Otherwise, the foreign ones will need to pay USD 200. The one who is not able to pay the fee will not be qualified to present. After the payment is completed, please fax the receipt and ICEET copyright assignment agreement to the secretary of ICEET, Judy Peng. The fax number is 886-2-8226-0522. Every qualified presenter is member of CACET or not, needs to hand in the copyright assignment agreement.

  • The enrollees from the announcement list who complete payment are deemed to be the ones to participate to present and will not allowed to be reimbursed and withdrew. We reserve the right to cancel the registration of the registrars, who are not able to complete the payment and provide the whole and correct related information.
