150 openings will be available for educators, education professionals, PhD Students of leading academics, instructional designers, curriculum developers, educational technology leaders, governors and municipalities. All who wish to attend the conference must register. Each registration is valid for one person only.

  1. General participants are not charged; no luncheon is included.
  2. Presenting fee of US$200, inclusive of luncheon, is required for overseas presenters. Presenters who complete the payment are deemed to be the ones to participate to present and will not allowed to be reimbursed and withdrew. CASET reserves the right to cancel the registration of the registrars, who are not able to complete the payment and/or provide complete and correct related information. Presenters who are not able to complete the payment before the registration deadline will miss the qualification to present.
