▌Abstract
This research used the ADDIE model and virtual reality (VR) to develop a water resource VR teaching material called “Cherishing Water”. The research subjects were 107 elementary school students who attended 「Sustainable Environment: Save Water」in National Science and Technology Museum. The results of the 5-point Likert-type questionnaire showed that the overall average satisfaction was 4.69. It indicated that the research subjects were interested in the software, and willing to recommend VR teaching materials to others to use, and that the software was easy and needed less time to learn. This experience provided an example for museums to promote science education with VR technology.
