▌Abstract
This study aimed to explore the concepts about promoting teachers’ data literacy by applying the concepts of data coaching. The concepts of data coaching in this study were based on the theories of data-driven decision making, distributed leadership, and teachers’ professional learning community. By literature review, the strategies of facilitating teachers’ data literacy through applying data coach can adopt several steps: forming a data team, defining the scope and range of data search, collecting diverse topics or issues, transforming plan into action and shaping positive data-based culture. Based on the findings of this study, the authors provide some suggestions for practicing data coaching.
