▌Abstract
The study was aimed to examine the utilization of the Innovative Green Cloud-based Education Software Services System (IGCS) for teaching English at junior high schools. Seventh graders were selected from one junior high school of Xinbei City to participate four weeks long IGCS English bridging course- K.K. PhoneticCourse. A structured questionnaire and teaching diary were used for collecting data to explore the relationship between the increase interests in learning English and the utilization of IGCS in teaching English. The results showed: (1) the utilization of IGCS increased learners’ interests in learning English, (2) instructional activities including hand-writing exercises, post-study practices, and varied interactive learning activities enhanced learners participation, and learning motivation.
