▌Abstract

In recent years, the trend of digitization makes online learning to become a choice with time and space advantages. However, if we explore the data, the choice of physical learning is still more than online learning with preschool educators. To explore the possible factors and provide suggestions, this study based on the UTAUT, using cross-sectional questionnaire survey to explore the behavioral intention of preschool educators using online learning websites. By cluster sampling, 100 kindergartens were selected in 10 administrative districts of New Taipei City. A total of 654 questionnaires were distributed, and 398 questionnaires were returned. This study used structural equation modeling to verify the theoretical model, and supplemented by hierarchical moderator regression to analyze the moderate effect of teaching tenure, gender, occupational title, etc. The result indicates the followings: 1. Performance expectancy and effort expectancy have significantly and positively affected the behavioral intention. 2. Compared to female, male consider online learning simply and friendly to use. 3.The school type also affects participation in online learning, private educators have a higher degree of social interpersonal influence than public educators. This study proposes suggestions and discussions in both theory and practice.
