SUBMISSION

• If this is your first time in CACET, fill out a form, and we will help you register.
• Please send your paper in doc file format to iceet@cacet.org.
• Please name your document file as instructed below :
  [Title of paper (Name(s) of Authors + the Way of Presenting)]. Consider the following example: “Online Guiding Adoption of Toucian River (Lin Xiaoming + Poster)”.
• The agenda of the conference will be arranged according to the topics and numbers of the presenters. We reserve the right to modify the ways of presentations.

SUBMISSION FORMAT

• All presenters must include their papers:
  ○Title (both Chinese and English)
  ○ Abstract (both Chinese and English)
  ○ Keywords (both Chinese and English)
  ○ Author’s name and affiliations (both Chinese and English)
  ○ Main text, Charts, References, and Appendix.
  ○ Use DFKai-SB font for Chinese
  ○ Use Times New Roman font for English
  
• Presenters should send their papers in DOC format. The full paper should be limited to 8-10 pages for oral presentation, and be limited to 2-4 pages for poster presentation.

ACCEPTED LIST

• The list of accepted papers will be announced on the ICEET official website on Friday, May 17th, 2024. Papers will not be reviewed for presenters who fail to pay the registration fee before April 26th, 2024. Once the papers have been reviewed, presenters should sign the Copyright License Agreement before Friday, May 24th, 2024.

NOTE OF ACCEPTED
PRESENTATORS

• Accepted poster presenters should follow the template provided by the organizer and design a poster of A1 size (template), print it out and post it at a specified location of the venue. During the Poster Session/Tea Coffee Break, poster presenters should explain their research proposal to the reviewers for the review process of the Best Poster Award.
• Accepted oral presenters are required to send the slides (in PowerPoint format in 4:3 or 16:9 ratio) to iceet@cacet.org before Friday, May 24th, 2024. At least one of the authors must be at the conference to give the presentation.

CONFERENCE
PROCEEDINGS

• After the conference, please send the full-text of the final paper to iceet@cacet.org before Friday, June 21st, 2024 to be incorporated into the conference proceedings.
• The final paper must be composed in the format of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association® and content be composed in the following order: Title , Abstract, Main text, Appendix, and Reference.
  ○ The Chinese abstract should not exceed 350 words, and the English abstract should not exceed 200 words. 3-5 keywords should be listed out.
  ○ The Chinese font should be DFKai-SB, and the English font should be Times New Roman.

• All accepted papers will be collected in E-Proceedings, and publication will be announced on the 2024 ICEET official website on Friday, July 26th, 2024. It will be available for download for academic purposes only. The copyright of all published papers belong to ICEET.
• The ICEET committee issues E-Proceedings on the official website, and also maintains publications in Educational Technology and Learning. Authors are recommended to submit their papers via email:  etl@cacet.org. After the papers are accepted, they will be published in the journal. Please see the official website of Educational Technology and Learning for more details about writing principles.
