Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of Cyberethics Teaching Material of Taipei City on privacy issues, to explore the differences between variant independent variables of fifth grade students in privacy issues and to explore the cognitive learning effectiveness of them. The research is based on questionnaire method ,and supplemented by qualitative research method. The researcher collected data by using “Cyberethics questionnaire on privacy issues,” and interviews with teachers and students. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, variance analysis and qualitative research. According to study results showed that different independent variables of fifth grade students differ in different ethical information privacy issues. And students already have the basic knowledge and ability of literacy on privacy issue.
