Abstract
This paper discusses the mobile learning development of a national elementary and junior high schools to explore through mobile learning network environment build, applying of mobile devices , the use of a learning community, curriculum design and teaching materials, teaching strategies and methods, Learning subjectivity transfer and in order to understand the mobile learning outcomes and future trends.
