Abstract

This article explores the impact of mobile phone use on learning and proposes solutions. First, the usage rate of people’s mobile phone usage time in daily life and its impact on learning effectiveness were analyzed. Then the solution of “mobile phone management box” made of mechanical parts is introduced. This management box can help users stay away from their mobile phones and prevent users from wanting to use mobile phones, thus improving the learning efficiency and user satisfaction. Autonomy can also help parents simply manage their children’s use of mobile phones. Finally, future prospects are proposed, such as lightweighting the management box and adding multi-functional password locks.
