Abstract

This study based on Nielsen’s Five Attributes of Usability (1993): learnability, efficiency, errors, memorability, and satisfaction. Author used three different evaluation method:heuristic evaluation, content evaluation, and user inquired for the evaluation, and explored the use of the knowledge of locomotive insurance interactive teaching materials using the human-computer interface system process. After completing the evaluation, the material of this study has being affirmed.This material were widely accepted by the public and it helped users to be familiar with the insurance related content of locomotives to achieve the practicality of this material.
