Abstract
This project intends to design an intelligent, real-time and individualized remedial instruction process, to reduce huge cost of the manpower and expenses in remedial teaching. In the process, the IRS and exam in the e-learning system are employed first to detect the learning obstacles, individualized remedial instruction is automatic informing to low-achieving students subsequently by the computer program, to assist students to overcome learning obstacles. Finally, this study will also try to analyze the impact of individualized instruction on the learning outcomes of low-achieving students who received remedial instruction. The result shows that remedial teaching has good results, and the pass rate has improved significantly.
