Abstract
This research takes “robot competition” as the theme, takes the organization of robot education as a case, observes and takes instructors from different backgrounds who have participated in robot competitions as the research object to understand how they achieve organizational innovation management. This research adopts qualitative research methods, and the research questions have two points:
1.From the position of the school supervisor, how do elementary schools and junior high schools do organizational innovation management to participating in robotics competitions?
2.From the standpoint of competition instructors, how do different backgrounds of instructors conduct organizational innovation management? According to the conclusion, it can be found that the reason for the organizational innovation management of robot education is to comply with the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education, and on the other hand, it is motivated by the learning results of the competition.
