Abstract
Under the Covid-19 pandemic situation, some governments enhance lockdown restrictions and stay-home orders. The circumstance leads that many students cannot go to school to have classes face-to-face with teachers. Thus, a chatbot system designed via augmented reality technology aims to solve the problem. Moreover, the application attempts to b -e a self-studying tool utilised after school and to boost the efficiency of learning. The chatbot system is mainly built on Chatfuel platform. The functions of Chatfuel platform to some degree simplify the steps that users have to take be -fore login the application. After a group of junior high students in Yilan experiencing the chatbot, their UX becomes a great material to analyse the utility of the chatbot. Via ARCS (Attention-Relevance-Confidence-Satisfaction) model, t-he UX data can show the cons and pros of the system and can be an indicator for future improvement of such applic-ation.
