Internal marketing strategies and teacher professional learning communities: A case study of a smart learning school in New Taipei City

Abstract

Teachers’ professional learning community is a group of teaching staff with similar values, attitudes and ideas. Because teachers share common beliefs, goals and visions, they can uphold continuous learning and task execution, and borrow This improves the quality of teaching and improves teaching effectiveness. However, there are conditions for building a successful professional learning community for teachers, among which internal marketing is to build internal consensus and market culture, vision, and values to internal members through community leaders. This research, through questionnaire survey, aims to explore the internal marketing strategy of a smart pilot school in New Taipei City and the situation of teachers’ professional learning community, and accordingly put forward suggestions for the internal marketing strategy of teachers’ professional learning community.
