Abstract
This study aims to explore the change and influence of the emotional regulation ability of children with ADHD cases in the kindergarten class after the practice of mindfulness activities. The researcher carried out mindfulness activities courses, supplemented by observation records, videos, interviews, and The researcher’s reflective diary was used to analyze the data to explore the children’s emotional regulation ability.
