Abstract
This research explores the current situation of adults who learn popular music in non-formal education institutions. Based on the ADDIE model, the ADD phases are utilized to develop an asynchronous online instructional design of Taiwan popular music for adults by using Vodcast as the main format. Nearpod is also used to add realtime quizzes in the materials to enhance course interactivity and interest, with the hope of promoting learning.
